I would like to say that my family has been going to the Starbucks in Kingwood, TX for over 15 years. I personally visit this Starbucks three times per week and my mom frequents the same location several times per week as well. I have never been so poorly attended and had such a poor experience as my visit today. The 1pm team at this location is completely incompetent and does not care about providing good service. We waited 30 minutes in line between ordering and trying to get our items and leave. The girl at the window was socializing with staff and left without completing our order. The next girl gave us one drink and sent us on our way after we paid 36$ and didn’t receive the rest of our order. When we tried to correct her and explain we were missing items her response was that she just got there and closed the window. This interaction repeated twice until my dad lost it and told her to go back check our orders. The Starbucks worker, Carri, at the Kingwood drive location was extremely passive aggressive and did not know how to handle customers, let alone the drive through. Overall, I have never received such poor service from this Starbucks, clearly regional managers have lowered their expectations and standards. Although I do recommend Starbucks in general, I don not recommend this particular location.

This location does not create drinks in the order received. I place my mobile order from my home 20 minutes away and 9 out of 10 times, its not ready. They wait until you show up and ask who's waiting for a mobile order. Today, my venti latte cup wasn't even full. it's ridiculous!
