1st time here & gathered with family of 6. We all enjoyed food. Great selection of foods & boiled shrimp was very good shrimp firm & clean. I saw other patrons going after crawfish, so guess it was good. Service was very good, she was attentive to clearing our table so no dishes waiting to be removed. Definitely return visit.
Haven't been to Ling's Buffet since pre-covid. It was our parents' favorite place, but both parents have passed. First visit back did not disappoint us. The food is phenomenal, the service is still as great as it ever was, and the prices are competitive. This is by far the best buffet in this area.

I visited Ling Buffet with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the food selection appears appealing in pictures, the main issue lies with the temperature of the dishes. I estimate that 95% of the items in the warmers were cold - not even lukewarm. The only consistently hot options were the salt and pepper crabs when a fresh batch was brought out, as well as the noodle bar and grilled meats.
