Everything about this place is 5 stars. The service is amazing, they have amazing smoothies, and the look of the place is adorable! My go-to drink is a large strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca and it's amazing every time! I love this place with all heart, and I'll keep coming back!
The employees were very nice and friendly. My daughter got a mango tea with strawberry boba and I got a white chocolate mocha. Both drinks were delicious. I didn't know that the Bubble Tea Factory had coffee, will definitelybe going back for my morning fix.
