Terrible experience today at Three Bs. I called and ordered a pick up order for my family. Simple, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and a kids meal. At 5:15, they told me it would be 30 minutes. At 5:45 my husband and son went to go pick it up. When they walked in, they could barely get to the bar to pay it was so crowded. They said it wasn’t ready yet. Waited 5 more minutes, said it wasn’t ready. 5 more minutes later. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes he finally asked them to go back and check. Said no, they will bring the food out when it’s ready. My husband insisted he go back and check. The bartender comes back out immediately with the food. My husband asks how long it had been sitting there, and he said oh it just came off. After paying, they get to the car and the food is cold. It had probably been sitting for over 30 minutes. So disappointed in this local establishment.
