Went through the drive through and when when I got to the window they told me I had to park around the building so everyone behind me could get their food first because they needed more time to cook fries so they fulfill my single kids size fry order because apparently I’m the only person that had fries apart of their order because they served about 5 other customers during my wait. After 15 mins or so they finally brought my kids meal and my single burger order that I had requested with no bun because I can’t eat bread. Because I had to pull around I couldn’t simply tell them they got my order wrong because my burger was on a bun I had to pull around. When I got to the window they lady refused to come to the window and I could tell she was telling the manger to come over because she didn’t wanna deal with me. Manager comes to the window and I tell them I ordered a burger with no bun. He tells me yes the receipt says no sesame seed bun and we gave you a seedless bun, I told him I didn’t want a “no sesame seed bun” I wanted no bun period. So he tells me to pull around and they will bring a new one out and I said no way because my kids are now screaming and want to leave so I tell him just give me a refund so I can go, he tells ok then pull around and I’ll bring out your money, again I said no, jist give me my money here I do not wish to wait for you to pull $6 out the register. He tosses the burger back at me and said no refund have a nice night....
