order the 12 piece chicken only online with coupon. Went to pick up around 7:35pm. asked to wait for 5mins as they are cooking it fresh. when i arrive home, i found it is only 8 pieces. Call few times and no one answered. filed a complain on KFC website, and no answer either. this is disappointing. i only order 1 single item and they got it wrong.
I should have known better but we were in a hurry and had missed lunch .To start , we were rushed at the drive thru as we looked over the menu . Sounded like she said “ do you need help with the menu” , overlooked that . Once our order was placed the food came out really fast . I remember thinking, that was almost too fast. This location does not care at all. I went there for the first time and received extremely greasy chicken with some pink in the inside. I almost puked. The biscuit was hard and I have never tasted a KFC this horrible.It doesn’t seem busy and maybe that is the reason they don’t care to serve customers food that is acceptable and isn’t overly greasy.
