Good food always hot, good staff. Super friendly never had issues however accidents happen and I highly recommend checking food before leaving.Missing an egg roll and got a 1/2 medium fry when ordered a large.

We came in and placed a mobile order at 8:27pm and another at 8:34 pm. The second order came out first, after waiting a LONG time. When we asked about the first order they said they didn’t have it and then said they deleted it. ? Granted, they were busy but the service was horrible. The food took forever to come out and every order was wrong in some way. The employees were put out that they had to fix their mistakes. They acted incidence that they actually had to do their jobs. I’ve never had customer service this horrible at this Jack in the Box. Do better.

We went to the casino and on the way back we passed by because we really like going to jack's we like everything but in this place the person who serves speaks very slowly and you can hardly hear us and when we paid he reluctantly almost threw the food at

First time customer. Ordered Jr bac cb, jal poppers and buttery jack combo. Patties were thin and barely warm. Bun was fairly dried out. Fries were excellent. Poppers were filled with cheddar where I prefer cream cheese. Water has a lot of chemical taste that the soda syrup doesn't cover. Service was prompt and courteous.

Y'all are unbelievable stupid. You guy never give us our whole ordered or even do the simplest thing like making sure there is ketchup in the bag. I suggest finding a new job day shift.

I went to Jack in the box yesterday August 22nd to order a Mocha Creamaccino. When given my order it was like going to Mc Donald’s and ordering a regular coffee. It’s consistency was like water. It’s supposed to be a coffee shake. I asked if they could possibly remake it thicker and they said no. Then I asked if I could get a refund, because I had only had 1 sip. They still refused and said that there manager wasn’t going to be there till next Monday. I’m honestly baffled. The fact that the manager would leave the store in the hands of staff that don’t even know how to do a refund or make there products correctly. Is insane.

This is the third time within a week I have ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger only to receive a ultimate cheeseburger because your employees are too lazy to cook the bacon... They throw another Patty on there to try to make up for the lack of bacon.... Very unsatisfactory.... If I do choose to eat at this location again it will be too soon....

They always forget somethingToday was the fries. 2 secret sauces I also paid for and no napkins. Did not give me my receipt either. There was 1 car in front of me and no one behind. I went I the early evening. Around 7 pm.

It was a late night visit. Drive Thru wasn't long a wait. Drive-up/window attendate was fantastic (Dakotas)! Morgan is my favorite, But he was covering her shift because she's on vacation.Despite all of the local construction and road work, this J in B is fast becoming my favorite!

When ordering after midnight watch out for the classic "our system is down", "our system is updating", "we're out of meat", "we're out of fries", or they just don't answer...Change your service hours since you clearly can't hire anyone to work nights.
