“Best taco place ever! I'm not a fan of Tex-mex food it's just Mexican food with different spices and yellow cheese.. but this taco truck is the most authentic tacos I've had in Texas closest thing I have to home! The tacos are just simple good flavorful tacos!“

“I drive from the clear lake area to come to this location because this location is a good example of what Jack should be! The two in my area are terrible, but for the last couple months comming here has been great. The food is always fresh, cooked to order and cooked well. The staff is friendly. And this location is right by the water, so you can go park nearby and look out at the gulf. Thank you to the staff at this one, when I get a craving for a jumbo jack and some tacos you all come through for me, and I will keep driving here because of that!“

“Man working the Grill makes a mean taco. The al pastor was crazy especially with the green salsa. It's a little pricey, but tacos are big and really good. Worth it. “Ordered pickup on the app and for some reason got charged twice and kept getting a strange error. After calling the Baybrook location, the person who originally answered the phone was extremely nice and passed me along to the manager (Manny). Manny was also very helpful, polite, and helped work through the problem. Considering what would be an irritating situation, they made it as pleasant and smooth as possible.I've been going to that Torchy’s location (amongst others) for years for the delicious and consistent food, but the service is what will keep me going back long-term. Keep on keeping on team Torchys!“

“Had a dinner here in October on a Texas trip. Water is around 97 cents if you want it for a meal. Had 3 enchiladas verdes which includes rice + beans. Good portion size and was not super hot. Place was pretty crowded on Sunday night with what appeared to be local. Overall, good mom and pop restaurant.“

“The quality of the food served here is phenomenal. I have tried the tacos of fajita, the quesadilla of fajitas, and the burritos al pastor. The place is humble and does not have the amenities of a restaurant, but they make it in amazingly good food. Their green sauce is so delicious yet picante that you can't stop enjoying it. I make it my treat every other Friday. I'm pleasantly surprised with how delicious their food is.“

“I was welcomed very kindly here and the restaurant is very clean inside . I didn’t realize they have Salvadorian food, which is an added bonus for me! I ordered the breakfast with fried plantains, eggs, beans, cheese, crema. I was soooo thrilled to see that the corn tortillas were home made too. “Tried them last night and was not disappointed. Definitely try the birria meal with dipping sauce! The pastor and barbacoa were also very good. Don't expect any frills. Straight up tacos with salsas. The service was good, and I had my food in under 10 min. Eating out ain't cheap, but I've paid more for food that didn't taste near as good. I'll definitely be back.“
