“It was my first time here, the server asked what flavors I'm into and she shared it with the drink maker, lemme saayyyy WOW! My lavender matcha iced latte came out amazing. And, on top of that she said it was BOGO BUY 1 GET 1 FREE!! Any other drink/size I wanted, i opted for a Strawberry sweet Tea, YUMMY. Paid like $6.75 for 2 huge, delicious drinks. “It's a nice place, but if I drop into a neighborhood (or any) coffee shop on a Sat a.m. I expect a Sat a.m. "coffee atmosphere" - quiet, laid-back. Suddenly in comes a bunch of pre-teens, cackling and shouting. Too many parents make the mistake of assuming that we all want to see and hear their kids: teach them to recognize and respect quiet. The service was spectacular, both of the Gimbap (kimchi / bulgogi ) were warm and tasty, and the coffee was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Today I stopped by to get my quick fix of caffeine and I usually ask for an extra cup of ice because I don’t feel my drinks are ever mixed to my liking. That’s not a big deal to do pour my drink into another for a better mix. My issue today was that new face I saw at the window passed me a cup of water and when i apologized and said it was just ice. He seemed bothered, turned around and poured the water out the cup into the sink. Then gave me the cup. There were little pieces of melted ice filling the cup a third of the way. I pulled out to park so I wouldn’t be in the way and spilled some of my drink. I got off and asked for more ice. This was not what I was expecting. I hope you guys can train this guy to not do that, I stayed quiet and moved, however the wrong person could come thru the line and not be the same.“
