Troy and DeeDee do an amazing job, from wrangling and training their staff to smoking the best brisket and ribs this side of the Mississippi. Did I mention, they also have boudin, gumbo, and brisket chili?! Great conversation with both of them, and I’m happy to support their business time and time again.
