Everything I’ve had here is good! Some notes:-Customer service is almost always lacking. Employees could be friendlier and more personable, but they get the job done.-I wish there was frozen fruit instead of fruit juice in their smoothies.-Coffee could be higher quality, but it’s a semi-automatic machine in a gym restaurant- not a craft coffee shop!??♀️

This was the first time I've eaten here, and wow. I've been in the Hospitality industry for over 30 years, and the customer service I experienced was above 5 stars. The food is amazing, but the service is impeccable. I will definitely be back in the near future to try even more of their menu.

This place is really amazing. I was unaware that this was a rock climbing place with a restaurant. I thought it was a restaurant with rock climbing. There's a big difference. The food however, was great and the service was really great. My daughter did some climbing and Gabe was super helpful. We will definitely be going back for foodband climbing!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

I've tried most everything off of their menu and have yet to be disappointed. Their award winning burgers are well deserving of their accolades, the pizza is over fired and always full of flavor, and even their drinks like smoothies and stuff are on point.Throw in a friendly staff and a crazy climbing atmosphere and it's perfect.

A bit of an odd place to have such a fantastic burger. Kinda fun to watch the rock climbers get a workout in while I stuff my face with a burger. Oh, the pizza is just as good. Something about the bread here is really unique.

The pizza crust was really good, it had a bit too much sauce for my 4 year old but we scraped a bit off and it was fine. I had the Hueco burger which was so delicious. Nice and spicy/flavorful. Fries were natural cut. Service was friendly and quick. It was nice to have such good food options in between climbing!!

We have been eating at 5ate basically since it opened. It is well deserving of the awards they have gotten. A can't miss is the butter garlic kale burger, it has been consistently awesome. We also at the bacon date goat burger today and it was a nice combination as well. The buns are English muffin like but a little softer. The fries are larger so they are not very crispy but are tasty. Ohh and it's in a climbing gym!

We have the rock climbing gym membership, and we grab a bite to eat here after our climbs regularly. Everything we have ordered from the menu has been awesome, and their pizza is by far the best in the area. My husband is a fan of the buffalo chicken and bacon with blue cheese, and I love the red, white, and green. My favorite burger so far is the classic. The use of housemade English muffins instead of traditional buns is the best. Fries are always nice and crispy. It's a small cafe, and service is always great. Ambiance is laid-back, and it's fun to observe other climbers while you eat.

I would've loved to give more stars...Carla was very friendly, courteous and had the patience of Job, however, there were a few things that overshadowed the team M.V.P.1) Food safety-a) No one preparing the food had on food service gloves. Sticking your hand in a bag of uncooked food to put in the fryer is a definite no.b) Placing your hand on the cooked food, wiping your hands on your clothing, and back to the food is a NO.Side Note: the house manager did come out and address my concerns, although appreciated, for the hefty$35.00 for 2 burgers and fries, it was a little too late.2) I ordered the Vegetable burger and it was definitely not worth a repeat visit. I basically had a mashed black bean sandwich. The edges were crisp but the inside fell completely apart. The taste was nothing to be desired. The other sandwich ordered was a beef burger. I was told it was on the level between BK & Whataburger. The bacon was a plus, and the English muffin bun was decent. The original fries were good. The garlic fries were not so good...it contained charred pieces of fresh garlic and no seasoning. At this point, I will not be returning.

This place is a hidden treasure. Great burgers...take out or sit in and rock climb after. The sitting area is small but you have a great view of the rock climbing area. I think there are more seats upstairs. Great family environment.Kid-friendliness: Great kid-friendly options
