This Black Rock has been my go-to coffee shop to get my favorite drinks and to study. The atmosphere is bright and inviting. I don’t do this often, but I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Braylon for being the reason I keep coming back. His energy and smile is contagious and he has the BEST customer service. He always makes my experience better.

I came to Black Rock for the first time and tried to order a blended coffee. I was told that since it was close to closing time (20 mins till 7) they had already shut down their blending machines, but I could order something else. I ended up going back to Starbucks lol.

The only reason for a 4-star review is the staff leaving open the garage door for a long period of time. It got increasingly hot and I had to leave early as time went on. Please only do this in the morning when summer creeps around. :)Staff was very prompt and service exemplary! Can get busy if one person is working, but wait time isn’t too long.

Just left the drive thru a gentleman with glasses greeted me with the kindest biggest smile. There was a small mistake with my order but a brunette woman handled it with a very friendly personality. This service made me pull over and leave a good review. Mexican mocha is also delicious.

I have been to this coffee bar a couple of times now and they have consistently given me friendly, quick customer service and delicious high quality drinks. I ordered a medium iced lavender matcha and in my humble opinion, they have THE best matcha I have ever had. This drink is very creamy and the lavender really elevates it. My drinks have always been consistent, as well. I highly recommend this coffee bar.

This place is a nice cafe to get work done, but be careful because it was a little warm inside. I got an iced Mexican mocha and it was okay! Not the best, but not the worst either. The blueberry muffin was yummy. Service was good, guy at the counter was helpful in that he told us which of their drinks were most popular. Overall, a decent spot.
I’ve gone a couple of times now (drive thru and dine in) and ordered a latte both times. The staff were lively and had a positive attitude, which isn’t always a given these days. During the second visit, the in store staff member realized she had mistakenly given me whole milk rather than oat, and quickly & kindly replaced it with the correct order. If you go in the PM after a certain time (not sure the range), you get half off drinks. I was there for a meeting and that was a nice surprise.

Not really too much to say on my end for right now except that I finally got the opportunity to try Black Rock Coffee, even if it was a quick drive-thru experience. I rolled up to their Spring location at the late hour of 10:30am, and had no issues ordering via the drive thru. I went for a simple 12oz hot vanilla latte and it cost about $5.74---pricey of course but comparable to what you'd get at Sbux. My drink was on the sweeter side, which I liked. I didn't probe to know the full selection of milks available, but with the whole milk they probably used it definitely felt heavier/creamier to me. I'm definitely looking forward to trying their other selections in the future.

I am a HUGE coffee lover I love to try new coffee spots & decided to stop here a few weeks ago needing an evening pick me up. There was a younger Asian girl working the window (I didn’t get her name) but her customer service was phenomenal! I got a caramel blondie and an almond croissant both were amazing! I wish I had one closer to home so I could come more often.
