Dutch Bros has delicious coffee and fun drinks! The baristas are usually trained well and use exact measurements so your "regular" drink will always taste like it's supposed to (unlike that Other Big coffee place which is about quantity over quality and making political statements). DB just makes great drinks and hires friendly, conscientious, and efficient workers. Dutch Bros provides consistent quality and mistakes are rare. I've been getting my coffee every day at DB for two years now and am so thankful there's a better alternative to you-know-where! Drive thru or walk up window depending on your mood! Be sure to try the Iced Golden Eagle Sugar Free-- SO good!!!

the staff is always sweet when i come but both times i ordered my drink there have been coffee grounds in it. they take up the whole bottom of my cup. I would like to keep enjoying my drink from here but i would like to not have little black espresso grinds in the bottom.

I love the coffee and the people. They don't make you rush, ask about your day and make it so pleasant that you forget you just waited 10 mins to get to the window. I pass 2 Starbucks on my way to work so u can stop there. Great crew!! Every location I go. But spring stuebner is the best!! Flap jack mocha is my jam but I would love venture out more.

5 stars for the coffee, but there needs to be improvement on sense of urgency at crowded times, there also should be a ordering speaker because theres 3 lanes and they don’t know who came first. The slowest workers today 12/4/23.

Tonight was my first time going to this Dutch Bros location. I usually go to the one on the corner of 2920 and Gosling Rd and they have a nice pace there. This location, Spring Stuebner next to the car wash and Popeyes, was beyond slow. I waited in line for 19 minutes. 19. I finally pulled off at 5:49. without getting anything, because I had somewhere to be by 6pm. I understand that engaging with the customer is fantastic service but you should be able to engage the customers and keep a steady pace so other people don’t have to wait 19 minutes.Will I stop going to Dutch Bros…no…I just won’t go to this location because it’s slower than a snails pace.

My app logged me out and I couldn’t get back in! I just needed my coffee this morning, they gave me the drink and stickers! They were all yelling out the window that they hope I have a better day!! This is why I love Dutch Bros, the drinks are amazing, and the staff even more❤️
This is the slowest dutch bros anywhere near by. They are consistently slow. I spent 20m in line and only 4 cars made it through. That is the norm here unfortunately.Edit: it took about 30 minutes in total for me and the four cars Infront of me to get through the line. My order was also incorrect. Please get this location more staffing and better training.
