The staff if the only problem the only thing that they were worried about was the time through the drive-through, which the manager repeatedly mentioned to me how important it was the rudeness, and nothing on accomplish. I ended up driving off, because when I asked him a question, he said, I just don’t know can you just move forward so it doesn’t ruin our drive-through time

We order a delivery order for my company, not only was the delivery over an hour late the resturant was unhelpful and even hung up on me.They noted the driver was a third party driver, however we ordered through the company itself, not through a third party site. They noted they gave the driver our number but would do nothing else. When I asked when they gave the driver our number, since we had no way of calling the driver, they just hung up on us.It doesn’t matter if the food was ok or not, for an event an hour late, with no updates or caring is unacceptable.

We've done delivery and take out. Haven't been disappointed. My husband really enjoyed his pretzel bun. The happy sauce on my burger makes me very happy.Also, kudos to them for not having astronomical delivery fees.

This is a great place to bring the kids with healthy options and good food for the adults. They have Gluten Free, Keto, and Paleo choices. I love Hat Creek while traveling since the kids can play while waiting for food. A good-sized playground with a casual atmosphere. The prices are comparable to similar fast casual eateries.

I had experience there with a team employee, Aaliyah.She had the nerve to fat shame me when I’ve seen whales that are skinnier than her. She followed it up by making racist and derogatory comments.There are plenty of burger joints where they appreciate your business, not insult you.
