My kids and I went to this location for the first time yesterday, November 17 around 4pm. We were really excited to go! As soon as we walked in the door, the woman at the counter rolled her eyes when we walked in. She was very rude and kept saying “excuse me” in a sarcastic tone as my kids were at the machines filling their cups, so we had to keep moving around her. She was extremely short with me when I was trying to figure out what to do since this was our first visit. She did this probably 4-5 times. My 5 yo got a flavor that she didn’t like and when we were checking out, she asked the cashier if she could get a new flavor because she didn’t like that one. This woman rolled her eyes at my 5yo and then took the cup from her and slammed it in the trash. The entire time we were there, her attitude was extremely piss poor and we will not be returning to this location ever again! I talked to my husband when I got home and he asked me to describe the woman working behind the counter. He mentioned that when we went in there before, she was rude to him. If you want good, friendly customer service do NOT visit this location!!! I don’t expect the red carpet rolled out, but I DO expect basic customer service and respect, especially if I am choosing to patronize and spend my hard earned money.
