I would literally rather eat my own shoe than ever order from this location. Consistently horrible customer service and the last 3 times we’ve ordered they are either short staffed and our pizza is an hour+ late or they “never received our order”. Go ANYWHERE but here.

Very hospitable great customer service and always clean environment pizza is always hot and fresh the general manager is always helpful staff is always friendly and nice this store is the only reason I even eat pappa jhons honestly

Order some pizza for a corporate event and the pizza was amazing! I was greeted by the general manager, Kelly who was so sweet and helpful. This was my best Papa John’s experience ever. The place was so clean and fresh. Great job to Kelly and team, I was forever visit this location!

I have used this location since 2015. I do not have issues with my orders, and I feel everyone is kind and professional. We order for 3-4 people each time usually. Delivery mostly but have picked up large orders for parties, too.

I ordered 4 large pizzas for my son's birthday party at 1:50 in the afternoon. Set the pick up time for 7:15pm. You'd think that my pizzas would be ready for pick up at 7:15, but here it is, 7:30pm and they just went in the oven. I will never order from this restaurant again. Do not recommend... Pizza Hut is right next door... They'll get my business from now on...

Worse service ever! Bad communication and customer service skills! No one ever picks up the phone and I've been waiting for over two hours for my order and only live eight minutes away! If you want my advice don't order from here delivery nor pick up, order from Marco's instead!

Ordered delivery, 2 large pepperoni. it took an hour and a half to get my pizza and on top of that my pizza was cold upon delivery. Very disappointing. Not to mention I live less than five minutes from the store.

There is a great gentleman that always greets me with a smile and tells me stories of an actor that shares my name from years ago. I think it's great that he takes the time to interact with me on a better level then just a number.
If it was possible to give this place zero stars, I would. Today me and my boyfriend picked up a pizza, the manager Mike pulled up next to our car and told my boyfriend if he "continues to park incorrectly he would beat his a*** wtf?? And they've messed up our order the past 3 consecutive times I've been there. And the manager refused to offer any sort of compensation for our time or anything. That manager's gotta go. Beyond unprofessional to threaten a customer with violence due to parking and zero concept of good customer service. Absolutely insane, never coming here again & I recommend everyone else do the same.

I usually love Papa Johns pizza. I was very excited to do the heart shaped pizza today for Valentines with my daughter and 2 grandkids. I was so disappointed. They tasted like cardboard. They were cooked too long to almost having the chees being totally brown on top. I asked for some sauces when I called in the order but they did not have them in with my order when I picked them up. I'm not sure I will go to Papa Johns again or maybe just not this one. I could've tried a different pizza place that offered heart shaped pizzas, but I haven't been dissatisfied with Papa Johns in the past.

Came to pick up my pizza. Not ready yet. I tell them I want to go ahead and pay. It's cash. He handles my money and goes right back to handling dough. I question him about it, do you not wash your hands after handling cash?? He says no need, the pizzas bake at a 500 degree oven! So does this mean he can go take a dump, not wash hands, come back and get right back to handling food with non washed hands simply because things get inside a 500 degree oven???? Really?! I wonder if health department would agree with this statement. I'm sure it's a health code violation. Whichever way you spin it, it's freaking gross.

Be careful ordering here with card! Ordered online with a card and when the delivery driver showed up said that the card was not charged and we had to pay him cash. However, when we checked the card afterwards it was charged the full amount. Called the store and explained the problem and asked for a refund, which they said they refunded the card. Now a week later and haven't received the refund. Called again and said I have to call customer service, called customer service and they said that I have to do it through the store manager... Terrible experience jumping back and forth and still haven't received a refund, will never buy from here again.

The new owner is amazing! She is so thorough in her training!! The employees are receptive and respectful!! I can’t believe just finding this location. I normally go to the sawdust, I can’t believe I never knew this location was here! Thank you Kelly for the excellent customer service and making my 7 year old happy ?Dietary restrictions: Diamond in rough!! I can’t believe I never new!!!
