We ordered two large pizzas. When we arrived to pick them up, the very nice lady at the counter encouraged us to check our pizzas for accuracy, one of which was incorrect. We ordered pepperoni, extra pepperoni and jalapeños. It did not have the extra pepperoni. The manager, Khalil Miller, came out and looked at the pizza. He tried to tell us that the extra pepperoni was under the cheese. He asked if we wanted him to remake the pizza. Yes please, we would like what we ordered. He goes to the back to remake the pizza. When the pizza was ready, we once again were encouraged to check it for accuracy. This pizza had been made with excessive pepperoni on it, looked like they were angry and threw way too much pepperoni on the pizza and had NO jalapeños. )Seriously, the pizza was about 8-10 pepperonis thick on top of the pizza. We asked for the manager once again because it had been made incorrectly again. He, Khalil Miller, came out to look at the pizza. My mother told him it was incorrect again, no jalapeños. He looked at it, just looked at it and never said a word. I asked him if he was going to say anything and he just looked at me. I then asked him to look at the receipt. I asked if the ticket said pepperoni, extra pepperoni and jalapeños or not. He looked at the ticket, looked at me, looked at the register and said not a word! I asked again if he was going to say anything. He finally said “do you want me to give you jalapeños on the side?” NO! We wanted the pizza the way we ordered it. He picked up the pizza and took it to the back still without saying a word to us. So we left! There was no need for us to wait around for a third time with such a SILENT and Unconcerned manager. This store seriously needs new management that cares about customer service and food quality. However, I will commend the lady at the front register. She was kind and helpful during this ordeal.

THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. 4 TIMES THEY HAVE LEFT JALAPENOS OFF OUR ORDER DESPITE CHARGING 2.00 EXTRA. IN DECEMBER THEY LEFT OFF THE PEPPERS AND ONLY GAVE US TWO SIX PIECE WINGS. WE ORDERED A 12 & 6 PIECE WINGS. NO MANAGER CALLED BACK AND NO CREDIT. TODAY WE ORDERED A SUPER SUPREME WITH JALAPENOS. WE GOT A 4 TOPPING PIZZA (NOT OURS)AND NO JALAPENOS DESPITE BEING CHARGED FOR IT. THIS IS MY LAST ORDER WITH YOU!!! GRRRRRR
