Don’t know who’s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy with customer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he’s turned it around!
UPDATE: I'm a glutton for punishment so I decided to go back to subway. They have soup, and i wanted soup. I really hope the manager reads this. Kelly and Ivon were absolutely wonderful. The other lady too. I didn't see her name tag. The store was clean, and they were super friendly. Fair location inside of Walmart only 1 person working each time I have visited and they seem rushed and unknowledgeable but not too bad the Pretzels are an absolute not here and no cheese to assist stop selling them what's the point.
