Sushi rebel has some good sushi however, lately every time I order my food it's incorrect and when I approached the manager about it, he's not very attentive so I haven't returned lately. Every time I order the millennium for some reason something extra in it I'm not sure what it is, but I even checked the menu to see if that's supposed to be there and it wasn't. It was my favorite sushi spot in spring however I'm willing to drive to Houston to get fresh sushi with great service. If they could get a new manager, that's more attentive and considerate maybe the restaurant wouldn't be going downhill in my opinion. The ambience is great though and the waiters as well as the hostess always have the best service!

Food was great. Melts in your mouth. Some pieces of sushi fell apart when i picked it up which is no bueno, but the rolls were good. Went on a saturday night and it was not busy at all so no need to make reservations.

The sauce for the brussel sprouts did not pair well with the vegetable. It was overly sour and not a tasty kind of spice (similar to buffalo sauce). It feels like they just poured any generic hot sauce on top of brussel sprouts and called it a day. They weren't very crispy either... more on the soggy side. As for the sushi, neither the tuna nor salmon tasted fresh. The seasoning for the fish didn't taste particularly great either. As I ate the rolls I felt like the texture of the rice and fish was very off-putting for some reason. It was hard to finish. Sadly very pricy as well... I appreciated the friendly service though.

Service was not so good our server only came to check on us once and my husband tried to call him and he completely ignored him, food was okay nothing special.

Placed an order online. Came to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't. They tried to blame on the last person who picked up their food saying they took the wrong bag but im reality my order was never prepared. Waited for 20 min at the restaurant waiting for the order to be prepared. Will not be coming back. The reason you place an order online is for the food to be ready by the time you go pick it. Also i just realized the people making sushi do not wear gloves. No thanks!

????Rebel Sushi is a hidden gem in the heart of the city place! ? Our experience here was delightful, thanks in large part to our amazing waitress who also dazzled as our bartender ?. The sushi chefs truly showcased their skills, crafting each roll with precision and flair. ? The sushi itself was pretty darn good, hitting the spot just right! ? Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we'll definitely be returning for! ???One piece to note, take your time here and experience to food. Rushing is not a strong suit of this location, but with a chill attitude you’ll have an experience to remember.

In my opinion potato salad should not be part of the Japanese eating experience; I ordered the salmon teriyaki and it was bland. The truffles tuna was okay but I’ve had better at less expensive places. The service was not on par with the ambiance and the price $$$. Lastly, the music was too loud, almost concert like. It wasn’t a good experience and I will not be back or recommend this place even though my office is less than 100 yards away.

5 pieces of sushi for $17. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. Nothing like the disappointment of a pregnant lady craving sushi. It was good, but I give it one star because 5 little rolls for $17 is not worth it. ? I don’t know why they added a tip either since my husband was the one to come pick up and we did not dine in.

Service could have been a bit better. Entrees were all put in in bulks only althour the table seated 20. So we had to manually spred them out between ourselves.

This restaurant was amazing. I have not been to a legitimate sushi restaurant in years. Because I feel like they're so hard to find, and this place is legit. I felt like all the prices were fair and the food was absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to returning and trying more.
