First time at this location. Excellent service from Craig. Food was decent. I should have chosen the mashed potatoes over the fries. I would definitely return and make different menu selections. We stayed past the closing time (we didn't know) and everyone in the restaurant just kept working. No one even mentioned closing time.

Had a wonderful experience coming here for dinner after a work event. Our server took extra time to explain the menu, we had three different managers stop by our table to acknowledge it was our first time in and welcome us, and a complimentary banana pudding was dropped off for our table. Very impressed - we'll absolutely be back.

Visited today late afternoon and had s wonderful meal. Food was delicious. Me notoriously adding salt/pepper/sauces to my liking to food when not seasoned enough and not having to do that here completely surprised me. The gumbo, chicken Piccata, blackened flounder, parmesan crusted flounder and drinks were great!

Had lunch there today. Sat at the bar and J-Letti served us. Was friendly, personable, and took care in both drink preparation and food service. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the place and him. Great experience.Parking: Large parking lot for the size of restaurant.

Food was cold amd over cooked. Pork chop ordered medion amd was well done. Chicken was overcooked and very dry. Gravy with pork chop room temperature. The staff did reheat the gravy for us. Lasagna was good. It would be nice to add something to help reduce noise. The room was full and all tables were raising voices to be heard over other customers. First visit for our combined (3)families.

We had my niece's wedding dinner there, and the staff was lovely. They set us up even though we asked for a last minute reservation. The food was delicious, and the servers were attentive. I would definitely recommend the place. The ambiance is classy without being pretentious.

We have eaten at The Republic Grill before and had the special stuffed porkchops at the location in The Woodlands, where the dish was phenomenal. However, we were disappointed this time around. It arrived over done and tough, and the waiter was a little dismissive until we reiterated our comment and dis-satisfaction. The manager on duty was more open to make it right. The replacement, although not as sizeable as the former was much better.Parking: Spring location - satisfiable parking spaces

I highly recommend The Republic Grill to anyone who enjoys a good meal. The TRG Top Chop is my favorite but I can honestly say I haven't had a bad meal at The Republic Grill. They make an awesome Old Fashioned and the Martinis are excellent as well. The wait staff is always knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying while trying to enjoy the delicious food. I often bring my out of town guest here because I can always count on a consistently good experience and excellent meal with a good variety of options to make everyone happy.
We went for soup and dessert at lunch. My husband really enjoyed his gumbo and my tortilla soup was delicious!! I really enjoyed the fresh avocado they added. For dessert, we choose the strawberry shortcake which was very light and smooth. We also choose the chocolate lava brownie with ice cream that was amazing. The service was outstanding and the food was served quickly. We will definitely go back again!
