Stopped this evening, and ordered two meals and a happy meal. The girl at the hand out window was extremely confused and didn’t know what our order was, she handed us our drinks and asked us to pull to a drive thru spot so we did. A young boy came to give us the bag and it wasn’t our order. We told the young boy that it wasn’t our order and so he went inside with our receipt and the manager on duty told him we were lying that we had our food, told him if you don’t get cursed at you’re not working at McDonald’s, and then went to the back of the store continuing to curse as the young man went back outside. When I told her we were missing our order she blamed every single person but herself. Staff is only as strong as it’s management. When she finally brought our food out she apologized (not a great one) and I informed her I had seen the way she spoke to every member of her staff (and by spoke to I mean she yelled or told them off hand comments without ever trying to help) and that her staff might be more receptive to her if she was helpful instead of rude, she informed me that the staff is let known from day 1 how she is and how she speaks to people. The other manager (who I’m assuming is her boss since she was sitting down during a rush on a computer instead of helping as well) informed my husband that the other manager is never like that and she’s usually very level headed… This isn’t the first time food has been wrong or missing at this location but this is the first time I’ve ever been accused by a manager of trying to steal food so there’s that.
