“I've been wanting to try some of the coffee shops in Temple, and based on the reviews and recommendations of cruffins, I chose to start here. I glad I did.For 11 am on a Saturday, it was not too busy. The staff was friendly and efficient. They brought my order right to me.The atmosphere was very nice. There is a choice of table and chairs, or couches and cushioned chairs inside. There is also outdoor seating and a small playground.I ordered a spinach feta cruffin and dark chocolate mocha. Both were excellent!I plan to come back to try more flavors of cruffins as well as some of their other drinks.I highly recommend it!”

“Went here on our way from watching the eclipse. I have to admit I had pretty low expectations going in, but I was completely wrong. The food was excellent and the service was great as well. I ordered the Uncle Fat's Steakhouse Burger with a side of onion rings. My girlfriend had a regular burger with fries. For dessert we had the tuxedo bar cake. All of the food was great! I would say the Uncle Fat's burger is one of the best burgers I've had and I would certainly order it again the next time I come back here. The atmosphere is very country (they have a taxidermied bison head...) and the indoor seating is pretty minimal. They might need a few more servers too as we had to wait on water refills during the meal. Despite this, I would still recommend taking some time and enjoying a meal at the Eagle's Landing the next time you're in the area.”

“My wife and I love this deli. I have yet to try something that I didn't like. The Ruben's and hamburgers are the best and the desserts are some of the best I've ever had. The service is good although sometimes the food is a little slow coming out when it is busy, but that is because this is a small deli and everything is handmade from fresh. Once you get the food, you understand because of its quality. It has a deli/diner ambiance. Check out the daily specials!”

“Bill's Grill 04-03-24 Me and a couple of my grandsons had lunch here today! It's a small place but has plenty of room. Has that café diner feeling. Everyone was friendly. Our waitress was very friendly and took care of us right away. I had The Chicken Fried Steak & 2 eggs with Hash Browns, and the best buttery Biscuits. My middle grandson had The Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich with Fries! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Really Good! My youngest Grandson had The 8 oz Bill's Big Texas Burger w/Fries. Burger was flavorful and cooked just right. All was good and we enjoyed it. So many things to choose from. I want to try so many different things! We will be back.”

“While the general atmosphere of the store is small town and simple the overall service is excellent, quality of food is superb as well as the pricing. When you think you're getting a decent amount for your meal, you're getting more than you bargained for and possibly have leftovers that are just as good the second time as they are the first. I've only gone once, but the day of this post, I am going my second time and wish to eventually go more often. If you love pizza as much as I do, this is definitely a great place to go! ”

This was our 98th BBQ stop in Texas, and the 397th on a 35 state BBQ odyssey. $25.71 purchased a quarter pound of fatty brisket, a jalapeno cheddar sausage link, sides of elote (cold) and jalapeno apple coleslaw, with two refillable iced teas. Everything was top notch. The well-smoked brisket featured the classic central Texas rub, and was so buttery that you could cut it with a fork. The sausage was beautifully balanced, and both sides paired well with the meats; indeed, we judged the coleslaw a “must do” side. In sum, this is what we style “destination 'cue.” Just be sure to check their facebook page to guarantee that they will be opening as scheduled (they also cater).Parking: Gravel approach from the highway to a gravel parking lot.”
