“It was my first time here, the server asked what flavors I'm into and she shared it with the drink maker, lemme saayyyy WOW! My lavender matcha iced latte came out amazing. And, on top of that she said it was BOGO BUY 1 GET 1 FREE!! Any other drink/size I wanted, i opted for a Strawberry sweet Tea, YUMMY. Paid like $6.75 for 2 huge, delicious drinks. Way better than Starbucks. I found my new spot for coffees and teas for sure!“

Ever since they opened the SipIt on Pat Booker in Universal City, we’ve been fans!! During COVID, it was our weekly indulgence!! Didn’t care how long the line was, we sat in it because we knew what we were going to get and we knew we were going to enjoy it!! “This place is a gem. We live in Seguin and it's a much shorter drive than having to go all the way into San Antonio. Everything was tasty but we're very glad we thought to ask "what's the one thing we can't miss?" Because that thing is the kimchi fries! It's not an obvious choice/combo but it's absolutely delicious! Got drinks inside the permanent bar and they were cheap and tasty. We will definitely be making this place a regular stop!“
