The owner is a terrific, charming, vivacious proprietor, there's a bevy of live entertainment options for date night, and the vibe is a close-knit one where everyone kind of knows, or at least likes, one another. I am thrilled to have discovered this little gem and I will def be back.“

“My family and I love Wave and visit often since we live nearby and it is on beautiful Lake Conroe. The food is always good. It can’t be easy for management to know when the restaurant is going to be busy as it totally fluctuates with the weather, but when their prediction is off, it sometimes takes a while to get someone to take your order. But the staff is always apologetic, and we are able to sit and enjoy the scenery. When sitting inside, the windows are often dirty. It would be great if they were cleaned on a regular basis. Like I said, we love this place and hope you will support it!“

“Wow! all i have to say is WOW! i walked in and looked at the dining area and was floored how fancy it is!! i went to the bar bc i didn't want to take up a whole fancy table with the dinner rush about to start. it's so grand in there!i ordered the tuna tartar appetizer and oh. my. gosh! look at it! it was beautiful in a heart shape, HUGE and sooooooooooooo delicious!!!! a nice amount of sesame oil to give it that perfect flavor, mixed with those small wedges of fruit and the slightly crunchy barrier thing... and i think i tasted green onion... i could have sworn it was Asian it was so good.the chocolate martini??? was also delicious and more potent than i was expecting! ?to top it off.... they have KOSHER MEATBALLS!!!! well, pure beef meatballs and they are so tender, flavorful and delicious! you wouldn't be able to tell that they lack pork!!!i felt spoiled after leaving and i we'll definitely be back to try other dishes! this was a trial run that went really well!“

“We really enjoyed the outdoor area though it can get a bit crowded. The menus are a bit hard to read but the service has always been great. Especially the gal with the beautiful butterfly tattoos on her hand, she did a fantastic job! We were never out of chips, salsa or drinks. Will definitely be back!“

“Came for dinner tonight with GF. Very inpressed with the service, severs and the food. Been here before for a drink and band but first time eating food. I wasn't aware but ended up they had dueling piano show at 9pm... seen this show 3 years ago here...really good. Ordered the bourbon salmon with Sweet potato fries and the chicken fried chicken with Mac and cheese and mashed taters. The chicken fried chicken was really good, hand battered and everything was hot and fresh. Everything tasted great and prices were good too. Highly recommend Will return again for dinner for sure“

“I ordered the chipotle fajitas with shrimp & chicken and it was extremely good and fresh. Ice portions and a good price! I’m from Georgia it anytime I’m back in the Houston area I will definitely eat here again. This was also some of the BEST Mexican I’ve ever had.“

Update: Gave a 2 star review out of frustration and the owner offered free drink, plus they are super good. So I’ll take the offer and say thanks cause that shows she really cares. “Had lunch there on March 1 got there when they opened at 1130. We ordered their Friday special fish and coleslaw, hush puppies and french fries. The service was great atmosphere was appealing a small place. Very quaint. Tell there is lots of regulars definitely would recommend going lunch dinner and a great cocktail.“

Daiquiri Cabana is an AMAZING spot to get refreshed not only were the drinks great but the service was out of this world. “Update 8/22The new texas vintage is up and running. Came in on a late Tuesday night 9pm and had good service from Ahad, the chicken tender basket was great with crispy tenders and home cut fries. Hopefully they keep this business up and running.Mandy was quite dandy and samuel the great was slinging some good refreshments out to us. I had the 14 oz ribeye that was a good cut and cooked with love. Beautiful place inside or out and Gerald provided awesome hospitality.Update, I guess good things still come to an end eventually. Staff was gone, bartender was cooking and serving. Management or ownership failed a place with the best potential. Rip 219“

“I’m very frustrated. For the third time now I’ve ordered takeout and not been given the extra Yum Yum sauce I paid for. The first two times I ordered a large Yum Yum sauce and they gave me one small one. Today I decided to order multiple small ones, thinking that might work. (Even though it costs more.)My receipt even shows the multiple number of sauces I paid for! I’m tired of paying for things I’m not getting. It’s basically just stealing my money. Very sad this problem seems to be constant. It will keep me from ordering takeout in the near future.“
