“We were introduced to food from Hunan Cafe while visiting family. We don't live in the area, so while in the area, we made a point to pick up food for dinner and still have leftovers to enjoy. The food is excellent with good portions. I especially like the General Tso Chicken and Roast Pork Egg Foo Young. The wife enjoys the Pepper Steak and Beef Lo Mein. Delicious food.“

“I visited here about a week ago, and it was such an amazing visit! They had some boxes of product out but other than that the store was very well kept. The lighting was nice and they had some KPOP performances on the TV which added some nice music. It seems it's hard to find good customer service now a days but not here, We met the owner and talked almost the entire time he was preparing the food. He was super attentive and friendly and made us feel really welcome. The food was great, I had the beef bulgogi meal with an order of kimbap. The bulgogi wasn't the best I've had but still amazing for the amount of time it took to prepare and the kimbap was just as good as any place I've been to. Would definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area!“

“I've been meaning to try this place for a while, and I was absolutely not disappointed. Upon entry, I was stunned by how freaking cute everything was. The walls, the seat cushions, the decor- everything was such a lovely vibe it made me really happy just being in the store. Even their bathrooms are tasteful in design. They also have a photo booth with props and to-go drinks/snacks/meals available for purchase outside of the food they make in store.The receptionist was so sweet and helped me pick out some stuff when I was overwhelmed by the options (always a good thing to have lots of options in my opinion). I ended up getting the okinawa brown sugar boba (lower sweetness level), garlic salmon onigiri, and duck egg musubi.The boba was so soft and squishy (which means it is fresh) and the tea itself was the perfect level of sweetness for me. I absolutely love how we are given the option to have our meals warmed up, and I chose to heat up both. The rice was so fluffy and soft and the filling in the ongiri was flavorful and delicious. The musubi was great as well and the duck egg was different from conventional chicken eggs, but the depth of flavor compliments the rice well. My one recommendation is that they have a bottle of hot sauce for customers to use when in the store.I ended up spending 21 dollars on my meal (plus a few extra dollars for tip). In this economy, it is the norm for food like this to be a little pricey so I'm not complaining as long as the quality and service stay at a high level. Plus the fact that they are using sustainable and ecofriendly cups, utensils, and straws makes the cost more than worth it.All in all, I 100% will be returning here way more than my wallet will want me to, and bringing all my friends and family with me.“

Everyone is always friendly and I love how they remember my face now, so whenever I come in they bring me my food instantly when it’s ready. “Been going to this restaurant for a long time, The decor is nice and modern, and the staff very attentive. The reason I keep coming back is because of the tempura! Let's face it everyone has their favorite dish, and mine is the Shrimp Tempura. The Panko batter is light flaky. Most other restaurants are like beer batter. And to be honest you do go back to the place that has your favorite dish. Ordered Osaka Box, Dancing salmon, side salad and of course my Shrimp Tempura. All very tasty! You will never be disappointed. Will always be loyal customer“

“Delicious! My wife and I were concerned, based on the very reasonable pricing, that the quality of this restaurant would be sub-par. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was excellent. Also, the staff was very friendly, and my wife said their tap water tastes good. Would return here in a heartbeat the next time we are in town.“

“Bonchon is one of my favorite Korean/ Asian spots in the central Virginia area. The vibe of the restaurant is one like no other. Its dim lights and comfortable seating started us out with an amazing vibe at the beginning of our trip to Bonchon. The service did seem a little slow, it took the waiter a little while to get to us, but it looked like he was serving every table by himself and he was working very hard. He was a super nice guy and tried his best. I won't take any points off for that, because there's nothing they can do if they are short staffed. All of this food took 10 minutes to come out which was felt super quick. As for the taste of the food, we were blown away. The popcorn shrimp had the perfect ratio of breading to shrimp. The spicy mayo it came with was not overwhelmingly spicy but added a really nice complimentary flavor to the shrimp. The shrimp was good quality and the serving was generous as well. They were also hot in temperature which is nice to see that we weren't served cold food. The potstickers were phenomenal! They were crispy on the edges which is something that a lot of Asian places miss on. They were then filled with a soft pork filling which was great in quality. The soy garlic sauce on top, gave it a nice tang and added some flavor as well. As for the wings, they were absolutely incredible. The double fried monstrous drumsticks were the best in my opinion. The quality of the meat was amazing, it offered a juicy and fall off the bone quality of meat. The wings were great as well, I think they were a lot crunchier because of how small they were, but they still had a great amount of meat on them. The white rice it came with was typical white rice. I really enjoyed my experience at Bonchon. I wish it was a little more affordable, but for all the food you get and the quality, I think it is well worth it. This fed my girlfriend and I and we were both pleased with Bonchon. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who either hasn't tried Korean bbq or anyone looking for a change of pace in their Asian food rotation!“

“This place is next door to Alohahola. Some of the workers here work over there as well. Not sure if both businesses are owned by the same entity. I had the shoyu chicken ramen and soy garlic wings. The soy garlic wings were great and remind me of Tamara Ramen wings however the portion size, price and value at Domoishi is a better deal in my opinion. I will be going here for now on for those type of wings. The ramen was ok. It had corn and looked to be some type of bean mixed in. The chicken was grilled however I prefer the Shoyu ramen at Taka Ramen which is more tasty and traditional. Still a good value at Domoshi though.“

“The only place in town that has interesting veggie sushi. I order here all the time. The tots and accompanying sauce are tasty. Tip on tots--better for pickup than delivery bc of the soggy factor, but even after 45 mins in the back of a bike, they're still tasty and I still order them.“

“My boyfriend and I pass here quite often and decided to try out of the blue one night. We entered around 830pm and they closed at 10pm. The meal we received was great. We started with their fresh rolls and each got separate and very different dishes. I tried their milk tea which was amazing and refreshing! This is a must try spot. I suggest go on a week day and at night. The place is quite small inside but cozy. ( if you’d prefer not to wait on a table) Please take time to visit. Parking behind the building.“

“My childhood food, eating here gave me nostalgia. My first time trying sushi rolls here wasn't that good, as they got my sushi roll order wrong and I recommend eating the sushi roll with a sauce as its dry. Everything else was great. I had tiramisu, it was alright, but I really loved the coffee taste. The fried donuts were delicious, but I think my favorite dessert had to be the red velvet cake. It was really good. I had chicken and Broccoli which was also great. I also ordered orange chicken with white meat, which I recommend eating the day of, as after reheating is no good.The restaurant just needs pictures of each food item and more details on the online ordering sites as they have such a huge menu, it's hard to choose from just words alone. I was really confused about the types of items, so I didn't know what to expect. I was too busy eating to remember to take pictures of everything.“
