Man the ppl here are either stressed or don't care. I waited a few minutes while they whirled around to order and then they didn't get my coffee order right. And man is the original blend sweet. Careful if you think your getting a real coffee here. More like sugar and milk with a little coffee.

Employees messed up the order in drive through, went back inside to ask for the missing items, was met with an attitude.. only wanted to my child’s hash browns. The employee named Natalia, told me to go sit down. I was not wanting to sit, I remained standing, she made the food then in a rude manor shoved the bag at me. When I gave my daughter her food she told me she was missing hash browns, I looked at my bag and I was also missing some. 5 instead of 6, I went back inside and asked if the serving size changed, no was the answer , I asked for the missing food. I was immediately met with attitude, the employee slammed another bag into my hands. I asked , why the attitude, and was immediately attacked verbally by her. She yelled and told me I was wrong.. This place has gone so far downhill, the coffee was bad as well.. avoid this place . It was not the first time the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.

It seems like every time I order here they ALWAYS forget something. Check your bag before leaving the store. Also ordered a cold brew with less ice, and it was more like cold water with all ice. Probably just a symptom of staffing shortages, but still not a great experience for the customer.

This has to be the most consistently poorly run DD in the area. Half the time mobile orders are missing items, the drive thru I don’t even bother with, and then there’s time like today where it lets you order a walk in pickup, but the door is locked. Not even worth my time waiting in the drive thru to get my coffee. This place is a poorly run mess.

Ordered a sandwich that they got wrong and ordered hashbrowns but they didn't make them fresh they had them sitting in a warmer and they were hard as a rock! This is not the only bad experience at this location but will never go back!

Employees not trained to make drinks. Hot mess in there, every single time!

Don’t bother using the drive thru. 12 mins to get a sandwich. It’s a good time to go through all of your emails and schedule kids activities. I would suggest putting a porta John nearby in case it gets busy

We placed a mobile order and still had to wait over 20 minutes when we got there for our order. This is not the first time this has happened. I highly recommend not coming here when you need to be somewhere.

Items were missing from my order. And I didn’t realize it until I arrived at my destination. Also, I should have known my order would be messed up when I got to the window and they had no clue what my order was. I was very upset.

This Dunkin consistency screws up. I only come 2-3 times a month and it's never 100%. I'm very patient and considerate of staffing constraints so I excuse minor errors, write off rudeness for stress etc. Today tipped me over the edge, I asked for no ice since historically when I ask for less ice it's always the full amount. I was charged $1 per drink for "no ice" which is annoying but w.e. then on my drive I heard ice in my cup. Now I'm frustrated. Cream means heavy cream NOT milk, "pumps of sugar" means liquid sugar, not granulated and no ice means NO ice. "Extra crispy" hashbrowns means throw them in the toaster when I'm waiting in line, not pull the soggy ones out of the warmer in front of me at the window. This all happened in one trip plus one of my hashbrowns had a "dead spot" in it, the brown scar looking thing on a potatoes which tastes foul. So disappointing. Not worth the wait or $.

They get busy at times. Service ok but donuts seem to be getting smaller in size ?
