“One of my favorite Chinese take out spots.Good prices and portions great tasting food.Order for pickup and the food is always ready on time and no wait.The young man taking orders is efficient and friendly on the phone.I order and recommend hot and sour soup, beef/chicken teriyaki appetizers, fried dumplings, general tso's chicken.I'm sure anything else would be pretty good too.“

“We stumbled across this very small restaurant when a nearby one was closed. It's a bit hidden in that the sign isn't easily read in the dark and the interior with just a few tables is plain though warmly welcoming. And what a wonderful experience! As others have written, flavorful delicious food with good service and very fair prices. We're from out of town and chose to eat here several times during our stay. The owner came by and we had a couple of nice chats. They were doing a steady take-out and delivery business during our meals. Highly recommend the food.“

“I personally love that they take your order right away. If you go during peak hours of lunch or dinner the turn over for the food is pretty good. I also really like the weekend food options for Friday-Sunday. I've gone other days and didn't have a problem with the food. Just liked the other options offered only on weekends more. “Stopped here for the first time yesterday while in the area for a business trip.I don't think I'll ever again be satisfied eating at Chinese restaurants where I'm from after having the amazing food I got yesterday.It was so fresh, I waited about 10 minutes to eat my food and it was still hot. The teriyaki chicken was nothing like I've experienced at my local restaurants. It was so juicy and there was SAUCE?!? “Hinesburg residents are fortunate to have this very popular Chinese take-out restaurant in our village. Good food, diverse menu and service is prompt except when the restaurant is overwhelmed with the number of orders which happens occasionally and is understandable with a small hard-working staff. When I have to wait for my order I marvel at the skill and speed the cook displays preparing orders. We usually get the Moo Shu Pork and Hot & Sour Soup and have never had a bad experience.“

“I've never tried this place before, even though I've driven by it a billion times, so i finally called in a lunch order for noon, and it was super hot and fresh when I got there. The sesame chicken had the perfect crisp to it, and the spring roll was perfect. I plan in the future to go back and try out other things, but I do recommend stopping by if you're looking for good Chinese food!!!“

“I've been going to Hop Sing for what must be 10+years, after a coworker was reheating some leftovers that looked and smelled amazing. I was not disappointed and haven't been since. They make most of their food in house and it shows. There are few things on the menu that I prefer elsewhere. Their fried rice isn't too heavy, their chicken is almost always tender, their dumplings and crab rangoon are savory, and on and on. We've tried almost everything on the menu and every time we try another place we end up back here, even though we drive by at least a few other places on our way since moving out of the neighborhood shortly after our first trip there. There is one person who can be a bit rushed (though not rude) on the phone, but with online ordering for some time now, we often go that route.“
