we went Saturday night and it took over an hr to get our food ( 3 kids Chicken tenders and fries and 2 adult Mac cheese and a Philly) and it was freezing cold and zero wait staff. My first time at the st Albans location and I won't be back.
In this day and age, I hate to write negative reviews about restaurants, but we just had, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It took over 45 minutes to get soft drinks, got incorrect food orders, we were served RAW chicken, and the staff made no effort to remedy the situation except to not charge us for this. There was no effort to replace or remake these food orders. This is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning any time soon.

If you want a drink even a soda you need to go pay at the bar.. if you want to order food you go to a separate desk and pay. Nobody will seat you and come to you for your order. This makes no sense. Pure laziness.
