Incredible service and delectable food as always. My filllet was absolutely perfect! Sarah, our server was a lot of fun and had a great ability to provide professional service while mainting warmth and personality
our meal took 2 hrs to arrive. our steak was over cooked as well. on top of that the fire alarm went off for about 30 mins while the wait staff laughed about it. not even an apology offered. mediocre food and service for a top tier price. shame on you.

Jen took care of us yet again, she made our celebration special and left us speechless. The food is sensational and the staff are old school attention to detail types. If more places focused on providing a guest experience like El Gaucho and Jen, they wouldn’t go out of business so fast. I would have paid twice what I did for this meal just for the dining experience alone. Amazing.
