attempted to order lunch for my coworkers and i via doordash. my order went through, but was given a call by my door dasher an hour later that my order was canceled because Off-ramp doesn’t offer doordash services. called this place 10+ times to see wtf was going on considering i was still getting updates that my order was being fulfilled and my eta was 15 minutes, but no answer. physically left work (because i needed a BLT that badly), went to the establishment, let them know what was going on and they were unwilling to compensate for A.) my time and B.) their unsympathetic apology and how easy they were to blame doordash for their mistake. the doorman was nice and sincere, but the bartender was unprofessional and continued to talk to other customers while i was asking her questions. would not recommend this place due to service… i’m sure the food might be great, but my experience was not.
