“We came to grab food before the hockey game on Saturday the 18th. The basketball game was earlier in the day so the place was packed. The electronic table ordering system was down and we considered going elsewhere thinking it would be a s***show. We decided to stay and ordered online for carryout instead. While we waited for our food we went and got drinks at the bar. You could see all over the store that customers were doing different things to get their food ordered. Some were ordering at the bar, some were at the carry out desk, others asked me and put their orders in online for pick-up as well, and the couple of waiters they had were taking orders the "old fashioned" way. Not a single employee or customer looked perturbed about the situation. Our food was done exactly when the app said it would be. I picked it up from the counter and went back to our table to eat. We left for the game on time, happy we stayed and full of food. Thank you to the entire crew that night!!!“
“They have a cashier that’s a black male tall with dreads in a ponytail. He is polite always calm and when it’s busy does everything the right way. I wish I knew his name but give him a manager role or more pay. We need more good customer service and keep those honey garlic wings on menu maybe make a honey garlic burger. Drop the prices these meals to high“
