“We went in for the wings and things, service was great, atmosphere semi-typical but if you're not a regular you'll be hard-pressed to find them, I actually had to go around the block come in the different direction to see the front of the sign lol, I let them know for fresh clientele somebody's got to put the arrow on the right side of the sign lol.Parking: plenty of room for the whole crew.Wheelchair accessibility: wide entryway accommodations, wheelchair accessibility“

“We had a very warm welcome from Jeff the bartender who proceeded to mix up a pretty unique drink. The atmosphere was inviting, the food delicious, and the fireplace wonderful. It is a great place for family and the menu is pretty extensive.“

“I ordered the Philly cheese with grilled steak, sandwich and fries today. It was amazing. The best I've ever had. You get an insane amount in that sandwich. Tasted like homemade fries. Delish. I have left over for lunch tomorrow.“

“This place is the best for a lot of there sandwiches and adding cheese sauce to the sandwiches to me makes it the best sandwich I could ever eat. By so far all the restaurants in Janesville this place is the best place I have gone to and enjoyed everything in the whole meal. The downside however is that it's a tad expensive for two people but I think it's well worth the money for the good quality food you get“

“Stokes is the “Cheers” of Janesville. It has been the gathering place for many generations of Janesvillians dating back to the Wisconsin Club days. The giant W bar is the coolest bar lay out! Friendly staff, honest drinks, and great bar food make this my favorite Janesville pub.“

“I came here a couple of weeks ago for the first time for a work boating outing and had their fish fry & it was AMAZING! My family and I live 5-10 mins down the road and have never eaten there before. Ordered fish fry for the family the following Friday & they loved it as well! “Visually it is a plain sports bar, that is where the similarities end. This bar has the most amazing burgers for the price, awesome staff and slow pr busy you get prompt service. With places like this I don't know how chain burger places survive.“

“This bar has two floors and a patio. The first floor is the main bar, complete with backrest barstools and table seating. The first floor is also where you'll find the billiards table and one dart board. Restrooms are also located on the first floor. The second floor has a mini bar for large events or busy summer nights. Upstairs also has access to the rooftop patio along with three additional dart boards.“

“We had brunch, and I would love to return for lunch or dinner. I took home leftovers and got three meals total out of the one I ordered.The building can only be described as cool. I love the look of it. Very clean as well. Food and service were top notch!“

“Small local bar. Was not busy when we were there middle of afternoon. Found bartender Ryan was very friendly and excellent service. Not much of a menu with generic bar food. It was very good though. Very reasonable drink prices. Will definitely go back.“
