Sweet service, good burgers (first try of a bison burger and I don't regret it), and good meat just in general. If you like diverse approaches to meat plates then this is definitely worth checking out. There's more than that, brussel sprouts like I've not had elsewhere, but the meat is the star. We barely scratched the surface, plenty to come back for and we plan to.
Delicious burger and the sweet potato fries were on point. Ambience was top notch. I'll definitely be returning when I visit Wyoming again!

Food overcooked. Was promised that they had prime rib. Was sat at a table. Three tables sat after me had their orders taken first which resulted in..you guessed it...out of prime rib. This is becoming a problem with any restaurants owned by this owner. Food has gone downhill, out of half the things on the menu. Overpriced for an over cooked substitute ribeye. I'm disappointed and don't recommend it. Poor planning and running out of signature dishes before 6pm is poor business practice.

We had a very nice waitress and the food was fresh.
Was not pleased with the New York Strip I ordered. Flavor was not there. They served me the wrong side and it took a good while to get my drink to my table and we were missing items. The atmosphere is nice but would not come back again for the food.

Had a reservation at 2 o’clock for the Easter buffet didn’t get seated until 245 by the time we got to the food it was all gone and the employees were taking it out in to go boxes they closed all the food down before we were done there was no dessert left no potatoes gravy no meat worst experience and meal I’ve ever had for $36 a

One star for the nasty "one" bathroom during a buffet event today. Also the employees were rude and snobbish. The food wasn't worth $40 per hilt either. Two thumbs down especially because of the mean employees.
