i came in earlier around 445 pm an ordered a quarter pounder with no onions and with bacon I paid with a 100 dollar bill the service was find and even the gave me my meal with my two strawberry shakes so I was walking and the weather was pretty bad crossed the bridge and by th time i realised that there wasn't any bacon and that there was onions on it witch i am alergeic to i wasn able to com straight bsck so when i was able to come bsck it was 40 mins tell closeing there wasnt any one inthe drive thru and the lobby was xlosed i saw a girl in th e drive win dow and she was very nice but the manger told me he couldnt fixthis becssuec i wasnit in car i explain to him that I didn't own a car an he said sorry I can't help you and I said so if I come back in tonight ina car you will fix this he said only for the next 40 mins cause there closeing I said he was rediclous and left then was waiting for someone to come thru the drive Thur to see if anyone would let me sit in there car so this guy would fix my order and was unsuccessful but while waiting I noticed a man waiting outside by the window and the same manger opened the window and helped with his order I'm am disgusted with this I even told him you will help him but no me and he looked right at m and closed the window

Ordered mcgriddles, got 5 miles down the road and discovered I got sausage mcmuffins. So not only got wrong food, got cheaper food as well. This lack of detail is a issue with Casper Mcdonalds.

Just went thru the drive-thru and was 4 cars deep, which isn't bad except the wait time was 10 minutes, and when I got to the window for my #2b and 10p mcnugget, they still wanted me to pull forward to wait some more.

We don't really dig the new minimal human interaction line of McDonald's restaurants.Whatever oil they use these days for cooking French fries really drives the quality down. I don't blame the people working in the back. I blame the ever-cutting-corners industry.Feel like an automaton... except while watching the semi truck delivery driver try to park without hitting our car, as he is forced to park where customers should be parked.There was no thought put into this part of the business whatsoever when they created this new building and business.Parking: As mentioned above, the semi-truck delivery driver ideally needs ALL the spaces closest to the building, right in front of the main entrance, because he/she has no other options. Park away from the building if at all possible

The food was fine, exactly what you'd expect at a McDonald's. The restaurant staff was friendly and quick. The restaurant itself was dirtier than I usually expect. Could have just been how busy it was, but our table still had salt and crumbs from the last person to sit there.
