From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by the inviting ambiance that effortlessly transported us to the heart of the Philippines. The standout dish for us was the mouthwatering crispy pata, perfectly crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside, reminiscent of the festive celebrations back in the Philippines. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were eager to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate dietary preferences added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. The earthly atmosphere of the restaurant, coupled with the lively Filipino music playing in the background, created a truly immersive dining experience that left us feeling nostalgic and satisfied.

Didn't inform us about the automatic service charge. End up tipping twice.

Terrible service! The server was inattentive! We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived it was cold and poorly cooked. Forgot my other order almost finish my meal and blaming the kitchen for her mistake. So pathetic. Asking me anong hanap mo? Definitely not coming back.

This is one of my favorite Filipino restaurant here in Calgary. My favorite is their karekare. Their appetizer platter is so good too.

I love Barrio Fiesta! The owner Tita V takes care of her staff, band, and customers really well. It’s always a fun time when I’m there. I love their appetizer platter. I love the band on the weekends. There’s $5 cover fee entrance when there’s a band but that’s just

We are visiting tourists from LA and craved for Filipino food and found their location on the web. We ordered their famous kare kare and my wife’s favorite calamari. They did not disappoint! We were encouraged to try their bilo-bilo and that was amazing. I would consider it as the best bilo bilo I tasted. Great customer service. It really felt we’re home with its hospitality. We surely are coming back this summer with the whole family.

Not very happy with the security guard I wanted to come in and see who was singing. I work next-door and I got pushed out the door because I wanted to see if you were singing I thought that was kind of rude so I wanted to post my opinion on here to let you know that one person did not have a very good time.

Our waitress was rude and entitled. We were placed beside the kitchen and they kept trying to fit people in even though it was already crowded. The food was not even good and it was expensive. The tables were too close to each other and we were elbowing the other people beside who we dont know. we weren’t gonna leave a tip anymore because the service was really bad and they couldn’t even accommodate everybody but they were forcing it just for money. when we were about to pay, the waitress was looking at the machine while i was paying (they’re supposed to look away incase i put in my PIN) then when she saw i didn’t leave a tip, she called me out for it and said “couldn’t even leave a dollar (in tagalog)” i would’ve left a tip if they deserved it, tips are not mandatory and earned. im never coming back there, we just get disappointed every time.

Slow service and food arrives cold.Chicken wings (salt and pepper) was too salty and had no pepper on it, $13 for the chicken and there was only around 7 pieces with small portions and some chips.Ordered tapsilog and it came after an hour, food was cold and the server that took the bill was very rude.

Food was expensive, food portions was small for the price. Each person spent $ 60+ for small portions of food. Tip was added on the bill. Tap water tastes like iron. I ordered bisktek tagalog, food was not seasoned, also ordered Kaldereta kaming, the meat is really gamey and under seasoned, calamari had no seasoning even when dipped in the sauce Odered 1 extra rice was given in a small bowl, But got charged for 2. But the 2 rice that was given before was in a big bowl with more rice. The sisig doesn't taste like sisig it tastes like lugaw. For 16 dollars its not worth, due to the small portions.Came all the way from Edmonton to have flavor less food
