I went in and ordered a jumbo mix wrap. When I asked for some tahini on my wrap he used an old bottle where hardly any tahini came out and then proceeded to continue wrapping the donair. I asked for more tahini and he went to back and got more. The gentleman was nice however it seemed that some level of training is required as he just squeezed the tahini all into one spot without spreading it all over. It seemed as though he just filled a contractual agreement as opposed to making sure giving the customer an experience they would enjoy. They also managed to rip the bread while wrapping the donair and I see some of the filling had come out of the wrap and they still proceeded to finish the wrap instead of starting over. This showed a total lack of care and respect for the customer. Needless to say the wrap did not taste good especially after spending $19 after tax for one donair. I would just recommend putting some more care into the final product.

Hi I would like to say thank you to your food counter attendant her name is Liyka im not sure this is the write spelling she so polite when she talk to me and even in the other customer she so nice to them she explain about the food and I know when she explain to me she know what is the best for the customer.I’m not the type of person always eating Donair but when I try your Beef Donair the taste is so good and all the vegetables is fresh not soggy.highly recommended this restaurant.

Ordered a donair and fries today with gravy, paid $24,00... The fries were so disgustingly OLD and dry, the gravy was so lumpy and old, tasted like burnt metal. The donair ( more like a wrap ) was so thick tasted like bread, and the meat was so thick and cold, wasn't even shaved fresh. It was so dry and flavorless... So disappointed wasting that much money on food I never finished.
Food is always good. I hope ownership sees this review though. Your staff at 1:50pm on April 18th need some training. There was no one in front of me in line and I wasn’t approached or asked for my order for a good 5 minutes.. I got looks and glances but no service.. was a funny scene but I had to walk out after the 3rd glance with no service

This is the worst donair in the city. With so many good options available it's amazing they are still in businessLast donair I got the meat was cold and cut so thick it looked like a piece of steak. The sandwich ripped apart cause the bread was stale and the sweet and garlic sauce is flavorless

I ordered a chicken platter and got it all warm it was great the rice could get some work done in the recipe the chicken was next level seasoned great very juicy not that dry at all. Overall it was a good platter that filled me up throughout the day.
