My family had dinner here and we weren't too impressed. Our kids food was cooked wrong so they had to redo it , which made it come about 15 min after our food. We had to choose their food from the regular menu, there isn't a kid menu which is unusual. Not a very kid /family friendly place to dine. Our server was very quiet and awkward. Food overpriced.

I was at Earls last night, and got served by Carson! Super nice, great service, wonderful atmosphere, excellent food! Carson scrambled a Rubik's Cube for me and gave me a lot of confidence!

Right when we walked In there was an issue with us having a party of 7 . They repeatedly offered us booth seats that would keep us apart . When they were taking us to a table we walked right by a nice table that would seat all of us and we were told they didn’t want to seat us cause there was other guests seating around the table . We said no that is fine and we will take that table . All the guests arrived and we had to repeat ourselves about having a Celiac at the table - we ordered out beverages- and some of us had coffee and tea and we had to ask a couple times for cream and sugar . We order our meals which they all came out but no condiments were offered for our fries and we have to ask for that - one of the place settings were missing and we had to ask for that- we had ordered an other Round of coffee and it never came out to the table . The table around us after the guests left never got cleaned ..All around the service today was not very good . The food was ok . I don’t recommend this restaurant if you have anyone that is celiac as we were told that yes the food is gluten but we can’t grantee that there will be no contamination..

When we arrived the waitress handed us a menu and told us to check out the happy hour specials. My husband and I looked at the price difference from happy hour specials to the regular menu and they were a great deal. We ordered a few items and drinks showing the waitress the happy hour menu items. Our food arrived in a timely manor and the food was good, no problems...until we received the bill. The food was all regular prices, and when asked she said oops the happy hour menu is only from 9 till close. Then why do you hand the HR minus out at 7pm? She says she was sorry checked with her manager and he would not do anything about it. I was pissed as our bill went from being $70 to $132. Make sure you do not make the mistake we did, they could of at least given us a bit of break. Note not to go there again

My husband and I were there for dinner yesterday in the dining room and we had such a wonderful time! Our server Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure our experience was so special. We always have a good time at this Earls location but I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey. She was attentive and professional and had a wonderful sense of humour! We will definitely be asking for her section next time we’re in the neighbourhood!

Menu has changed quite a bit since our last visit. Lots more (higher end) seafood and steak options and less basic salads and sandwiches. We were grabbing a burger before a movie and the food was good, came out fairly quickly, and the service was great.
