I was really disappointed with their tipping policy. The restaurant automatically added an 18% tip to the bill without giving any freedom to adjust it. Tipping should be based on service and personal choice, not forced. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Barely any chicken in Kung Pao chicken and the chicken that was in there was all cartilage . Fried Rice and spring roll tasted old and pretty expensive for the amount of food given

Food was not great. I ordered Singapore rice noodles a spicy dish and had no curry or spice. Also salt and pepper squid no pepper in the squid basically deep fried squid. Not good at all!

I found a piece of plastic in the food. I almost broke my tooth. We asked our server to tell the manager. A woman came and explained that it happens sometimes because of the containers the vegetables come in. She offered to get a new dish, but we declined.
Also, the sweet and sour pork barely had any actual meat — it was mostly just fat and batter and a lot of sauce.
The quality of the food seems to have declined, and the service was just okay. Disappointed that they didn't take the dish with plastic off our bill. Looking at a recent review, it appears having plastic in food is not the first time.

Please make sure plastic do not end up getting cooked with the food. May want to check all your utensils and containers to ensure nothing is broken as well. Containers were white. Rectangular fragment of plastic was black, and scorched. Don't believe plastic was part of the menu. Food was decent but this is a health concern.

Great spot with (mostly) northern chinese cuisine. Had 3 dishes and all flavors were on point - stir fried egg plant with potato and meat, spicy fried pork and the lamb skewers. Service was also fast!

Group dinner for 18. Food was poorly prepared. Over cooked. Not worth price. Worst $40 dinner I ever had.

The reason I gave a one-star review was to teach this owner a lesson in basic decency. My daughter was shopping downtown when she urgently needed to use the restroom. By the time we reached the entrance of your restaurant, she couldn’t hold it anymore. I went in and asked the front staff if she could use the washroom, but we were refused. My daughter had no choice but to relieve herself on the street corner.
I’ve been to this restaurant many times before because it’s close to my workplace, but I’ve never returned since that incident. I was once your customer — and I could have been again. When a business only cares about money and forgets basic humanity, it loses the trust of its customers.
