First time I've ordered from Kinjo online. I understand human error so I'm not mad just disappointed. They got half our order wrong, gave us the wrong sauces and everything tasted just a little off today. I normally really like kinjo but today they dropped the ball so much so that I actually gagged twice while eating and couldn't eat more than 1/5 of what we got. I will be turned off sushi for a while now. It was very nice to see that we were given free pocky though.

Amazing spot for super fresh sushi, the boat system ensures you always have extremely fresh sushi as it's prepared and put on the boats to your table in seconds!Would definitely recommend if you are in the area to stop by and try it out.Could use a little remodeling, the seats have seen better days.

What happened?!?!?!Got there at 11:35 and were told we couldn't have sushi because they were serving breakfast till noon???? The sushi was cut so thin you could almost see through it. I watched all the sushi being served and it looked like a 12 year old made it... sloppy. Service was atrocious.What happened guys??? We have been supporting you since you've been around. Feels like the beginning of a death spiral of a favorite restaurant. Don't forget your loyal customers in your desperate attempt to score a few easy bucks!

I got a video of 4.5 dollar Miso soup. Mostly water and hardly nothing of consistency. Can you guys make an effort to tell the client that your soup it's basically water? I am so dissatisfied with Kinjo.
