The person taking the order through the drive thru didn't even wait to complete my order. She was in such a hurry. When I drove up to the window, the girl at the window was so rude when I told her that they should have confirmed my order before cutting me off. She just brushed off saying the matter is now closed and that I should move on. When I asked for the manager, she said she's the manager. Well she needs some lessons on Customer Service.
