I’ve been picking up salads and bowls at the Mission, Calgary location for several years. The last few months I’ve noticed the price has gone up and the quality isn’t what it used to be. A good portion of the greens were slimy and just not looking fresh.\nI asked for half romain and half spinach but didn’t get any spinach. Over $26 for this Beach Bowl including my usual 15% tip, not good value.
Phenomenal food with amazing ingredients, staff and atmosphere. Lots of healthy salads and bowl options. As a non-drinker I love that they have functional nonalcoholic cocktails with nootropics in them, so cool!
Overall one of the best restaurants I have found in a long while, they are a more upscale cuisine oriented freshii-esq spot that knocks it farther out of the park than any other genuinely healthy restaurants today. Will be back to try the whole menu.

Stopped by for our first time for dinner it was quite quiet for a wed night, we wanted to grab a bit to before the night market. I ordered the Mayan getaway salad and i thought the flavours were really good and the dressing balanced well. My husband got the Tulum bowl with blackened chicken, we dined in so they brought the food to our table when it was ready. There was plenty of seating and place was clean.
