Ordered soup and tea, cashier politely explained what soups they had after I asked. Checked up with me if I needed utensils. Prompt service and friendly attitude! Bread waa a little hard but alright with butter.

This Tims is very close to where I live (2-3 minutes walk). I visit the restaurant often and I have always found the food and coffees fresh and good. Service is fast and courteous. One thing that can be improved is the cleanliness. Sometimes, I find the table not cleaned. Overall, I have good experience with this place.Vegetarian options: YesParking: A lot of free parking.Kid-friendliness: I often visit with my 8 years old and he loves the place because of his favorite pizza and bagels.

I don't know if this is a corporate store or a franchisee, but Tim's is leaving a lot of cash on the table in this location. For the 2nd and LAST time today- I walked out without ordering. Line up to the door...I waited 10 minutes and wasn't even half way to the front. Peace out.The staff tries hard enough I think and the store itself is OK. However if I am a district manager at Tim's- I would be asking myself how many people walk out like I did or just refuse to use this location and go somewhere else? Either you are being too cheap on staffing that counter or you need to be talking to corporate for an additional 1 or 2 tills. You're welcome.

Womens washroom needs a hook on the back of the door as to keep coats and bags off the floor.Baby change table is completely broken and unsafe for use.Barely any water comes out of the tap to rinse soap off hands.

Always a very meh experience. Get the people in and out as fast as possible. No smiles or anything. If you need anything extra like a spoon or empty cup they either charge you for it and if they forget anything they argue with you.

I went here during lunch time in our school with my friend because it is my first time in this place and i don't really know anything about this yet. The woman in the counter who took our order is rude and doesn't know how to communicate, she is a Filipino, and i also think she is new in her job. I said i wanted a 'Iced Capp' and then asks her if i pronounce the drink name right and then she was like "Huh? What?" with a weird expression on her face nstead of saying and asking something better like "Sorry?" Or "Come again?". Good thing she understood it and just took it in. At my second order (I ordered a donut because i forgot to order it as i order my drink), she asked for the money and i only had coins in my wallet (I know it's embarrassing), and as i gave her the coins which was all 25 cents (I think the donut was 2$), she then laughed at the other employee because i didn't count my coins for her and i gave her 10 coins of 25 cents. UI'm just new here in Canada so i don't know much yet, especially the money and coins. Also, Why in the world would you be a cashier when you don't even want to calculate your own costumer's money just to make sure that they gave you the right amount of cash? I don't hate this place, okay? it's just the cashier. This happened just 12PM in the afternoon. I hope this place gets better, well not the place, THE EMPLOYEES.

We love Tim Hortons but this has to be the slowest Tim Hortons in Calgary .There is zero motivation behind the counter to get peoples orders out .The staff is not overly friendly .We only come if we have a lot of time as the service is so poor at this location .
