I've stayed here a bunch of times over the years and it was never perfect but was always my first chose. But after this stay I will never be coming back here, room is freezing cold and can feel the wind blowing from outside in my room and no way to turn up the heat, patio door doesn't even lock, been here 3days and haven't even seen a maid, elevator has been broken over a year, there was a fire on top floor a year ago and still smells like it happened yesterday in my room, not to mention they have increased the prices for a week stay so now there are many better options in the city for same price or cheaper.

I just checked in thursday and will be staying till sunday im amazed at how helpfull a young woman named sam is she got me checked in early as i had been talking with her since 730 am in the morning went out of her way to accomodate me and my needs and took the time to just fill me in and they gave me a smoking room i stay in a lot of hotels dont know of any other that permits that prices are within expected range and i could not be happier its clearly a hidden gem i would advise anyone to come see for thereselves i stay in generally 3 to 5 star hotels and havent got anywhere near the type of service i recieved here and with the world the way it is its a unexpected total surprise im told it is also pet friendly rooms are a little rough but one can see why it actually makes me more comfortable i will definately be a regular fixture my self respectably robert hyrtle

This building should be condemned. If you plan on going inside keep in mind, The buildings structural integrity is Questionable, Parking facilities are poorly lit, Disgusting rooms/venues/facilities & The neighbourhood is like a DE-militarized zone.
