I picked up 2 beef patties and 2 puff pastry beef and sausage rolls yesterday for takeout and just heated them up in the air fryer at home when my partner got off work. It was absolutely phenomenal!! There's sooooo much flavour packed into those delicious little things. My soul was warmed inside and out. I initially was only going to get produce at the farmers market but this booth smelled so incredible that I had no choice but to double back when I was done. No regrets!!!...
I had the Joloff rice with stewed beef and plantains. The flavour of both was incredible, reminding me of tastes and scents from my native home of Zimbabwe. The ambiance is quaint and inviting, and the wall of smell that his your nose when you walk in, immediately made me hungry. I'm already considering what a catering situation would look like
Driving through a heavy rainstorm to this establishment was absolutely worth it and I would do it again.
After trying some of their wonderful food at the Crossroads market, I was informed that Yenny Delights had a separate restaurant else where in the city and had to see it for myself.
