Smitty's Family Restaurant - Cold Lake

We came for my little guys birthday, and they made him feel so special, they all sang for him and gave him an extra dessert. We definitely will be back!

The staff at Smitty’s is also so attentive and friendly ! The service is great, the food is always quick and delicious. We come here often as a family and will be back.

Their cooks are awful!! It used to be my go to but the last couple times I went our food was awful and an embarrassment to take my out of town guests. Guess I need to find a new place. Shame because the servers are all really nice but they need to get trained cooks.

The food was amazing, the service was good, and I liked that there's a lot or tvs each direction so you can watch the sports where ever you are.

Shortly after ordering we got asked to pay for the meal before we even recieved our food, I'm very dissapointed with how we got treated, the waitress even told us that most people would pay before their meal yet I never saw anyone else pay before they got their meal. The disrespect we got was unreal, First time that has happened, which shouldn't of happened in the first place.

We were a team of 20 lacrosse players plus 5 staff. We had an early morning departure. The restaurant took pre orders from us and seated us as we came in according to room number. So efficient. They got us fed and on the road within 30 mins of opening the restaurant. Would stay here again and feed the team at this Smitty’s

1 star is being generous, waited over 20 min before they even came to see if I wanted to order. And it wasn't even busy in there. If your on a time crunch I wouldn't recommend going here. Foods good but service sucks

Overall just terrible service. The waiter we had definitely had terrible with understanding English, and then we got ignored after our food came out. Wasn't buddy, no excuses to be made other than wait staff that didn't care.

I'm usually a generous tipper, and this is the first time ever not leaving a tip.
