We brought our entire work group to have dinner, and the food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, but the star of the night was mommy Kristine making sure that all of us were being taken care of. Thanks mommy and Smitty’s.

BEWARE!! They claim to have prime rib like how Sawmill did before. It is not prime rib. It is stir fry strips* soaked in gravy, clearly microwaved. The server, who does not speak *fluent* English failed to mention that. Charged 35$ for 5 pieces of tough overcooked, microwaved meat. Do not order this thinking you will be getting prime rib.

Had the scariest date there, tried to ask for help in many ways and they laughed at my face. Not so family friendly. Worse service honestly, I tried to escape the date and they told the guy where I went!!!

I went to smitty every day from last 2 week ,the food it very good and service like rona and precila are very smilly and nice to go ,i am impress to see so many bad review this it not what is there ,food it very good and service top notch ,and also everynight it alway full very popular

The staff is super rude and will argue with you to prove their point. My order arrived 40 mins after I ordered it and when I expressed by disappointment the manager said you can choose another restaurant to dine in.

Didn't have sugar for coffee... Waited 5 minutes just to speak to someone after my food was brought out so I could get a fork to eat, not to mention ordering was difficult due to a language barrier. I wanted a water halfway through eating but no server in sight. Wasn't checked on at all. Need to ask for a code to use the restroom and if you don't see the servers, good luck. I've given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and have been here 3x. The same every time. Mediocre at best.

I went to this restaurant at least three times before making this review. Each time I went, the level of service that was provided was consistently very low. The waitress never ever came back to check on us after we'd been served our food or drinks so I had to physically leave the table to find the waitress so I could get a drink refill.

On each occasion, I ordered a different menu item but the absolute worst order was the prime rib. To start, it's a pretty thin piece of meat but the worst part was that it was way too overcooked. In fact, it looked like it was cut and heated (at least) a day before and then reheated again for my order. So, it was pretty dry. What a terrible meal. I did mention it to the waitress and a few dollars was taken off my order but the problem is that the substandard food should have never been served to a customer in the first place. In the end, the restaurant saved money by not discarding that overcooked piece of meat but they lost multiple customers forever that day.

Please don't go to Smittys. Original Joe's is down the street. They'll give you a great experience.
Went there twice, it's everything you can want out of a deep fryer. If that's your thing cool. The service is slow, the drinks are slow. (It might be management under staffing). The food comes out two plates at a time, should we eat when it's hot...or wait? They out and out forgot my order.. definitely tried to make it up so I gave them 2 stars. But they clearly rushed my order and didn't even toss the wings . The whole experience?

I recently dined at Smitty”s and I must say, it was an incredibly satisfying experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing meal.

The menu offered a great variety of options, making it difficult to choose just one dish. I ended up trying the chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were so robust and the presentation was beautiful. The portion sizes were generous and I left feeling completely satisfied.

Not only was the food top-notch, but the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations that ended up being spot on. The overall experience was flawless and I will definitely be returning to Smitty”s in the future.
