We have had several prime rib roasts from here ranging from 3 bone to 5 bone and every single one has been absolutely phenomenal. I mean dead silence at the dinner table, wide eyed bliss kind of phenomenal. I mean fight over the bone scraps phenomenal. The store folks are quite friendly and for what you get I completely agree with the prices. Will be back

I finally had the pleasure of trying (Aleppo meats) after all the hype on social media. Incredible experience to say the least! Not only was the staff super patient with me (I couldn't make up my mind because of all the great selections) but their recommendations were on point and the taste was truly worth the wait! Thank you guys you are an amazing team. Definitely a great Edmonton business worth supporting! 5/5! ♥

I walked to his shop and saw how much the shop owner is racist and does not deal well except with Syrians and Lebanese, or if you are Sudanese, Somali or African in general, it is better to go to his shop and see other Arab and halal shops and they treat customers professionally
I always take meat from here, because it is simply fresh and very tasty, I highly recommend trying it from this shop. sure you will like it

WARNING TO STAY AWAY- FOOD POISONING!!! Order/eat from Happy Palace at your peril!!! I order a $100 meal last week from Happy Palace via Skip The Dishes for my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Her boyfriend hungrily ate several chickenballs before realizing they were undercooked (raw in fact; see attached photos). But too late as he became violently ill and needed medical treatment. He was quite sick for several days. We contacted Happy Palace to let them know what happened. We were shocked at their lack of response: they were rude, wouldn't acknowledge our complaint, were completely unsympathetic, and hung up on us. So we contacted the Health Board who are now investigating Happy Palace. If you don't want to get food poisoning, don't order/eat food from Happy Palace.
