Kaitlyn was honestly the best waitress I've ever had. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. She checked in at the right times and had such a positive energy. It really made the whole experience 10 times better. I'd definitely come back just because of her.

I am a regular customer at Earls South Commons and have always appreciated the consistent quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard I am accustomed to. While the food was as always; very good, the service and lack of management presence were unacceptable. Our server was not attentive at all. She appeared only to take our order and to drop off the meals, and then was nowhere to be found. There were no check-ins, no offer of refills, and no follow-up to ensure we had everything we needed. It genuinely felt like our table was forgotten. What was even more concerning was the atmosphere in the lounge. Management allowed children to run around freely in the lounge area, which completely undermines the purpose of offering a lounge section in the first place. The lounge has always been a quieter, adult-focused space for a relaxed and elevated dining experience; this standard was not upheld during our visit. Even though the food continues to be great, the service and lack of management oversight made this experience extremely disappointing. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues so that Earls South Commons can return to the high-level experience that regular customers, like myself, expect and have always valued.

Made a reservation but table wasn't ready when we arrived. Then the restaurant had to find a server. Finally was seated at the back of the room by the end of the bar next to the server station. Terrible table. Our server was excellent, however. The food was good. The ambience at that table was awful. Disappointing considering I made a reservation.

Our experience last night at Earls was amazing!. We both ordered the blackened chicken which was too good for words!...and if you haven't tried the creme Brule then you're truly missing out! (Chefs Kiss). Our server Taylor gave us impeccable service!. We didn't have to ask for a thing, she kept our drinks full and was super friendly!. All in all, a great night out!

we had an amazing experience. It was one of my best friends 17th birthday Brody our server was absolutely a 10 out of 10 we had so much fun and he did well and beyond regular service. He was kind quick consistent and talk to us more than just what we wanted which is hard to find. He seems like he genuinely enjoys his job.

The six of us ladies, former high school friends, some since elementary school, have been coming to this restaurant one a year for the last 15 years or so celebrating our friendship. We have always enjoyed the ambiance, the food and the service. We will keep up the tradition!

Starting at the door, the young reception staff opened the door for us (both use canes), took us to our choice of seaating and then were met by Veronica, our server for the evening. She was aqmazing, providing excellent service, dry humour and a great attitude. We came for our 47th anniversary and chose the seafood tower (our favourite) . An excellent evening and thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent meal! We really enjoyed that we were sat in the sun room where the noise level is lower, and there isn't as much bustling around. My son loved celebrating his 31 birthday at South Edmonton Commons Earls.

We had a great server (Maya I believe? She was very friendly and attentive). The restaurant was very busy so it did take a bit for the food to arrive (maybe 45 min after order), but we expected that so was acceptable. Lots of pop refills without even asking. Portions were on the small side, though I'm sure that's done so you order desserts and an appetizer lol. Overall the food was great and was nice that the let us bring an extra person to make a table of 10. At no time did we feel we were being rushed out the door. Was pleasantly surprised that they didn't auto-tip for the big group also. Would certainly recommend this place and will return.

Server was great and drinks came fast. Unfortunately our steak came well done, when ordered medium-rare. This was quickly replaced, but the vegetables were undercooked. The manager came over and apologized and even the bull came the steak was not on the bill. So overall the service was great, just a big miss from the kitchen.
