This has been our go to Bubble Tea spot for about a year now, and they never dissapoint! As they have a great drink selection, reasonable prices, and friendly staff, there is not a single reason to say anything bad about Kung Fu Tea!

Their bubble tea and bubble waffles are always supreme. Today, we came somewhat before closing and asked for 5 bubble waffles (which take time), and the ladies working here were willing to make all of them for us even though they were closing soon. Service is 10/10, and so is the food.

I live far away from Kung Fu Tea so whenever I’m in the area, I always stop by for some bubble tea. I ordered the ginger milk tea and the green milk tea. The ginger milk tea is my favourite, it has enough ginger impact but not overwhelming.
However, when I got home to hand my partner her green milk tea drink she said it tastes like ginger milk tea. We knew it was definitely not the green milk tea because of the small bits of ginger sitting at the bottom of her cup. I was already home though so there was no point driving back to ask them to fix this issue. It was truly unfortunate since she doesn’t particularly like the taste of ginger therefore she couldn’t even finish her drink…
I LOVE Kung Fu Tea!!!!!!!! Absolutely recommend everything on the menu. The slushes are flavourful, the ice cream floats are incredible, and my all time favourite is the Milk King. The staff was amazing, kind, and enthusiastic. Been a fan of Kung Fu Tea Calgary for years, so happy that there is a location in Edmonton now. They also have a bunch of cute things to buy like stickers, hair clips, and keychains!!

Best milk tea I've had in Edmonton! Love how strong the tea tastes... Everywhere else is like water. The milk tea here has ruined me for any other milk/bubble tea spot. If they had a location downtown I'd be there every day to pay their rent lol. Highly recommend the 38 Milk King! Also I like that they have Mamamoo in their music playlist :)

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea and had a mixed experience. The bubble tea itself was fantastic—flavorful, perfectly sweet, and the pearls were cooked just right. It's definitely a spot for great drinks if you're a fan of bubble tea!
However, I couldn't help but notice the severe understaffing issue. When I went in, there was only one person working, which led to a bit of a wait. I understand that small businesses can get overwhelmed, but it did affect the overall experience. The worker, though, was very friendly and did their best to keep things moving smoothly despite the high demand.
In summary, if you have some time to spare and want to enjoy excellent bubble tea, this place is worth a visit. Just be prepared for a potentially long wait due to staffing shortages.
