Dried out junk and they ask for a freaking tip like they’re a restaurant! Make sure you check when you’re paying with your card because a lot of people wouldn’t notice. I think it’s more like a scam. Seven dollars for some dry old dough, what a joke 🤢😡

Food was alright, service was horrible maybe if the person taking our order would take her music out of her ear she would hear an order correctly!! Then when I got annoyed she finally decided to take it out and go “what did you want?” I have worked food service and she was horrible the other 2 did nothing but stand there.

Fast service and friendly. Great to have at the mall. Sometimes we just want "light" snack instead of a full meal, which the food court should have more vendors for snacks, like waffle vendors maybe, or something similar.The pretzels were buttery. My boys loved theirs. I found it to be a bit softer like sweet bread texture, though. I have yet to find soft pretzel in Canada that has that chewiness (yet soft), like the ones you can get in Germany.Super hot when they handed it to you. Liked it big time for the freshness ?

One sip of their slushy and no more liquid. Just all ice. I went back and told them, and the lady working there just asked if I wanted them to add water to it. I obviously said no, and then she said to just wait until all the ice melts. (Yea I’ll tell my 4y/o son to wait hours for the ice to melt). Ridiculous. Please don’t buy slushies from here. Total rip off.

Ridiculous- we paid $10 for pretzel bites when my daughter took them from the counter they fell. They made us buy them again and would not replace them.

So far the only complaint is that their hotdog pretzels have a chemical or metallic taste on the pretzel part. Wouldn't mind if it was once or twice, but 4 times over a month is a little much.

Never order food here if you want it in a timely fashion. Especially considering they don't start making your order until after the next 3 customers have place their orders and have finished getting their stuff in the oven...

Ok. Not all staff are friendly or efficient. 3 times I've had to go back n ask for my extras that I paid for. My hubby didn't check bag and,of course, I didn't get the Nutella.. like seriously, how hard is it to look at the order and get it right? I've worked retail for 45 years. Just read the order n check the bag before customer gets it.

I love the freshly baked pretzels. I enjoyed the salted ones. And the crew is all smiles
