After 7 years of boycott, I finally broke down and agreed to meet a close friend at Norm's. I decided not to chance ordering anything that could be screwed up as I did not want to be sending food back while trying to catch up within our limited time .I ordered a small order of French Toast (2 slices). The server was such a charming lady and was the best you could ask for. She was attentive and even apologized for the food taking so long. After nearly 40 minutes our oder finally came to the table. Yay.Oh wait. The French toast is uncooked and is soggy with raw egg texture. Loaded up with cinnamon to cover the fact that one side didn't even touch the grill.I have to send it back. I cannot afford to pay top dollar for shlock. The waitress offered to have the cook remake it but I thought better of it and just asked for toast instead. Opened my preferred marmalade only to find fruit leather. Strawberry jam was fresh so i went with my second choice. Had to rush to eat it in my 1 hr window.Service was 5 ⭐. Food: Reason Norm's is back on the boycott list.

Garbage, noisy, messy, flour used in the coating of chicken wings was reused. Owner couldn't tell the difference between flour and cornstarch. Mixed them together and said it's fine. Some of the staff are underage and he likes to check them out. Likes the skippy outfits they wear! The owner got sick on his own food.

The good: They make a good pizzaThe bad: They have no clue how to make a donair and then also charge $18.....yes $18 for it.

Food is homemade, service is always great. Portions are large and more than enough for one person!
Don't bother. Poor customer service and neglectful attitude towards customers. Found a non food item in my food items. Luckily this was complimentary and I didn't have to pay anything extra for this unrequested addition.

Always good food and friendly service! Love the poutine.Update: Have been back several more times and had breakfast, brunch, dinner and snacks. Their Live Performance nights are great, as are the Open Mic nights. Thanks to all the staff at Norm's Pizzazz!

10/10 I love this place. The staff is great; absolutely amazing. The food is very nice with a variety of meals & dishes cooked in-house. The house-made pizza dough is fantastic (& I'm saying this as someone who has 3 years of experience in a baking class & 4 in culinary arts). The meat for the hamburger patties is from Alberta; Norm's Pizzazz values local community & so do I.Speaking of community, Norm's Pizzazz also hosts events like Open Stage Night. The environment was very open & welcoming. I felt safe enough to play without judgement. Norm's Pizzazz is a staple in the community (& a great place to go after mass on sunday).Honestly, I appreciate Norm's Pizzazz with my whole heart. I have seen the inner workings of kitchens & I can say with complete honesty that this establishment hits the standard & exceeds it. Clean food, clean kitchen, clean dining area & washrooms. Nice location too in my opinion.Pretty much the only complaint I have is that they serve their Mozza Sticks with Ranch rather than Marinara.

Haven't tried their pizza and if I ever do ill update this. Was passing through for lunch and was craving a donair. Since the reviews seem to be really good for their pizza I figured their donairs must be good to. Boy was I wrong. Absolutely the worst.Where to start. First of all. It's served on a small wrap, not a pita. It had 4 tiny paper thin slices of meat in it. No flavour or spice in the meat. The sweet sauce was way off and had a tangy vinegar taste. Cost me $15 and it was like a small appetizer. I had to go buy a second lunch because I was still hungry.
My husband had his Christmas party tonight and every thing was unbelievable! The prime rib was off the charts. We will be back!
